• Please inspect all cartons and items before signing the delivery notice. If any damage is noticed, please write it on the delivery notice. Due to the freight companies policies, if the delivery notice is signed by the receiver without noting any damages, no claims will be honored afterwards.

Special Notes:

Please note this set is a special order item. Once the order is placed, consumer has the right to cancel the order within 48hrs. After the allotted time, no refund will be given. These sets are produced only as the order is placed. We don't stock them. Delivery time frame is between 12 to 16 weeks. All of these items are hand carved and handmade, which takes a lot of time and effort to complete the job at the promised quality. It is customer's own responsibility to see if the items will fit in the rooms they are buying for. Zara Living Store will not be held responsible if the items don't fit in the planned spaces. Since all of these items are solid wood, customer will need extra help to transport and assemble them. Zara Living Store does provide White Glove Delivery Services at an extra charge which makes sure all the items are carried and assembled to the customer's desired space, but it is customer's responsibility to make sure these items are able to pass through narrow entrances, corridors, doors, and staircases and there is nothing blocking the way. White Glove Delivery Crews only climb up to the 2nd fl. if there is no elevator available.
