Is Registration required to shop at Zaraliving.com?

Registration is not required to shop at our store. You can choose to checkout as a guest or register to become a member. Members will not be prompted to enter their information at the future checkouts plus they will receive valuable
information on hot deals and available coupons, if they choose to receive them via e-mail.

How secure is shopping at Zaraliving.com?


It is our absolute goal to protect and secure our customer’s information and private data. All your financial and private information submitted via our payment gateways is protected using highest encryption methods available to industry.

Does Zaraliving.com accept orders via phone or fax?


Yes, you can call customer service (9:00am – 5:00pm EST) at 1-888-711-ZARA or 1-718-238-7500 to place your order. You can also fax in your orders at 1-718-238-1722. Please don’t forget to include Item name, SKU, Qty, and your financial information along with shipping and billing information.

What payment options are available at Zaraliving.com?


We accept all major credit cards along with Google Checkout and PayPal payment systems and Gift Certificates issued by Zaraliving.com.

Does Zaraliving.com charge tax?


Since Zaraliving.com is based in New York, all customers residing and accepting deliveries in New York State will be charged applicable taxes. Residents of all other States are exempt from sales tax.

What are delivery charges?


Small items shipped via UPS and FedEx consisting of 1 box will have their shipping cost calculated at the time of checkout. Items which have multiple boxes or items that require Truck Freight or specialized handling require custom shipping quotes. Once our customer service team gets the quote from the most economical and efficient carrier, customer service will notify the customer of the final amount to be charged to their method of payment. Only upon approval, the order will be processed.

What is the time frame between placing and receiving the order?

With each product on our store, there is an actual availability date or time frame within which it will be shipped. Once shipped from our vendor’s warehouse it should reach to its final destination within 1 – 16 business days depending on your State of residence and method of shipment. Most shipping information will be forwarded along with any tracking numbers to the customer at or within few days of placing order.

Does Zaraliving.com deliver internationally?

Does Zaraliving.com notify customers once the order is shipped?


Yes, an e-mail with confirmation of shipping and tracking number, if available, is sent out once the order is shipped.

What does “Order Processing” mean?


All orders go through multiple stages before they can be shipped out. Once the order is placed it automatically by default enters into “Processing” stage. Upon verification of availability of product, shipping charges if the product requires a custom shipping quote, verification of payment, and collection of funds, the status will change to “Processed”. Finally after all stages have been completed, shipping confirmation will be sent out to the customer when the product enters in the “Shipped” stage. In the unlikely event, that the payment gateway rejects the payment or the product is not available anymore, your order will be entered into “Cancelled” stage and a confirmation e-mail will be sent out.

What are terms and conditions of "Free Shipping"?

Zaraliving.com offers free shipping on many of its products to reward its loyal customers. When we ship a product under "Free Shipping" promotion, customer does not get charged shipping charges associated with delivering the product. However, sometimes the "Free Shipping" offer is for a complete set of products, for example, we may offer "Free Shipping" with a particular Sofa Set or a Bedroom Set, but if the Set is broken, "Free Shipping" will not be offered. Items shipped with "Free Shipping" promotions, if returned, will incur the initial shipping charges along with restocking fees. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
